MOB has a culture of involved, loyal, customer oriented and cost aware employees. Our people are our most valuable asset; many of them have worked for MOB for a long time and have built up an excellent reputation with our clients through their high level of skill and dedication.
We are keen to continue this tradition and we believe in passing on these core values from generation to generation. This is why MOB will have its own internal training centre from the end of 2009, where young people are given the opportunity to be trained as future welders and fitters by experienced MOB employees.
