Saying what we mean, and sticking to our agreements. MOB stands for clear communication and transparent operations. We always want to stick to the agreements we make with customers. We therefore believe that open communication with each other in the early stages of projects about the projects objectives and clients’ expectations are crucial. We think it is important to also discuss the achievability and the exact realisation of projects because it is our objective to deliver them safely, within budget and on time.
We are also keen to discuss matters with our employees. Matters of safety, our company’s policies and future, but also matters of their own personal opportunities and development. We want to offer employees a pleasant and safe working environment in which clear communication plays a central part. This results in an increased level of safety, health, job satisfaction and a low level of absenteeism.
