For this project the Dutch and Belgium branches of MOB jointly deliver a part of the piping works for the newly built SITA ReEnergy waste incineration plant. In association with Fabricom MOB executes the pre-manufacture and installation of the pipelines for the thermal part of the plant and also connects the piping to the existing equipment.
SITA ReEnergy invests € 180 millions in the Baviro plant, which is located in Roosendaal and capable of handling 291,000 tons of waste per year. The energy generated during the combustion process will provide electricity for up to 70.000 households and 49% of the generated energy will be classified as ‘green energy’.
